The course must be completed within 90 seconds.The candidate must be able to complete at least 22 push-ups in 60 seconds.The candidate must complete at least 25 sit-ups in 60 seconds; andThe candidate must complete a 1.5 mile run in at least 15 minutes and 28 seconds.
